Week 3. Year 1. Idle

Hello! Welcome to the last chapter for this week!

We have a new neighbor! Iris Idle!

Iris here is a Fortune sim who wants to be a Criminal Mastermind. But as there is only one opening right now, and it's taken by Felix Fargo. 

However, according to my personal set of rules, Iris could still become the Criminal she longs to be.

And with Iris moving into the neighborhood, we unlocked a free community lot! I went with an Athletic lot, since I have a couple sims with an LTW to top that career. So yay!

I actually created Iris to be my little business builder. We need those SM points!

Hence why she is living in a box. She needs the money for her first business.

As you can see, my first business for her will be a floral business. But I do give her a minute to introduce herself to the neighbors.

Iris and Susie Brahn did NOT get along. I had to separate them before an actual fight broke out.

Iris made enough bouquets that I could justify her buying her business. It's just a cute little outdoor flower market. 

It took forever to get the business built up. Between Iris's uncanny way of putting people off and customers getting into fights, as shown above, stars were few and far in between.

But she did manage to get it to rank 2, which gave her enough money to go home and make more flower stuffs.

As soon as she got home she intercepted poor Nikki here. Dang ACR is aggressive!

I had to steer Iris away from Nikki to get back to work. 

She made a ton of flower arrangements and went back to her business. She did a lot better the second time around, managing to get the business to level 5. 

That unlocks a Natural Science position, but I don't have any college graduates in the hood' yet. Soon maybe!

Ah and here is our most welcomed guest! Not that he is acting like it.

Iris talked to Colby (I think his name is Colby...idk) for a while. Enough to become friends with him.

Lol he's about to change her and she's crying over the roaches.

Ta-Da! Iris is our first evil witch!

She took to it pretty quickly.

After a very successful day at her business Iris went home. Nikki was conveniently still there. I guess Iris deserves a little loving after all of her hard work.

So she asks Nikki on a date.

Ugh they are so cute it's making my teeth hurt.

*rolls eyes*

Date went very well. Clearly.

I'm so bad at making houses look good on the outside. But Iris used her business profits to upgrade her house.

Not much at the moment, but I'm not anticipating a big family for her. But I've been proven wrong before. Watch her go and have twenty kids.

They are in love <3

Nikki rolled the wish to get engaged while on their date and I had Iris oblige her.

No wishes to get married though. So I had Iris move her in instead.

And here she is! I think she is absolutely stunning after a makeover!

Nikki is also a Fortune sim with a wish to be...head of SCIA. Get in line Nikki, I'm pretty sure there are a couple of other sims waiting for a spot to open up.

Speaking of jobs, Iris grabs a spot in Criminal.

I did say evil witches get to go into Criminal, but since Iris isn't green yet I'm not sure she counts as evil. So she goes to her secret witchy room to get more evil.

Have I said evil enough yet?

Nikki moved in with a job in the Athletic career, which was convenient since we just unlocked it.

Iris did turn green. And not just because she was experiencing morning sickness.

Iris went to work for about two hours and came home with a promotion! Poor thing had to turn right back around and to go to work again though.

Nikki however...

...got a bad chance card and got fired. That's ok Nikki, it's not like it was your dream career..

How about Adventure huh? At least until you can get into Intelligence?

Wow! Two promotions in one day! That's impressive Iris!

It's cute how they skill together.

Bump!

Not one, but two werewolves grace the lot.

I thought it might be fun to have a werewolf and an evil witch in the same house, but Nikki remained fully human when the puppies left.

Wow, Nikki popped right out of bed and started playing video games. A lady after my own heart..

Of course there was a lot of this too. Careful girls, Nikki could still get pregnant (please don't).

Promotion for Nikki! And she turned around and went right back to work.

And she came home with another one! You ladies are amazing!

Bump!

Nikki is showing off her guns and Iris looks totally done with the situation.

They both have Sunday off and and they are enjoying it.

It's so sweet when my sims do this autonomously :)

And Iris decides to give birth at the last minute.

It's a girl! Her name is Ivy and she has Iris's hair and Nikki's eyes.

Hahaha I feel like Iris is like "What now?"
