Week 4. Year 1. Crawford

Hello! Welcome to the Crawford's!

Not a whole lot happened this week, so it's going to be a relatively short chapter.

Last time Charlotte was born, and that was pretty much the only big thing to happen.

Now let's get on to roll call!

Chance is off to school! His older siblings are already on the bus.

Orlando is home all alone with the kitties.

I adopted Hershey so that I could breed Fuzzball. But guess what.

They're both girls.

Dammit.

Fuzzball! I thought you were a boy!

She ruined my plans and she doesn't care in the slightest.

YES!

Clara is a Business Tycoon! Which means +5 to the SM and the business career is unlocked!

Here is Constance!

Ok so Constance and Brian have three bolts. I wasn't going to deny them.

Teenagers. What can you do?

Constance didn't roll any sort of commitment wants, so I didn't push their relationship. Even though it is a 3-bolter. Ugh why did they have to be pleasure/romance?

I imagine Constance and Brian got away with woohoo because Clara and Orlando were busy setting up Charlotte's party.

Happy Birthday Charlotte!

She immediately got the radioactive bottle and got to potty training.

Don't worry I haven't forgotten about Charles. He's just been sort of boring this week.

Farah is still a favorite to bring home from school.

Orlando dotes on his youngest. She does look a lot like him.

Stop it you two. Both the Apple's and the Brahn's managed to not have babies this week. I'd like to keep up the trend.

Chance won't stay off the beds. It wears him out so quickly that he goes to bed at like six or seven, Then he wakes us at like eleven or twelve and is up all night.

It's Chance's birthday!

Not sure if the glasses work for him anymore...

In any case, Chance is a Family/Knowledge sim with an LTW to become a Captain Hero.

I bought this so that they would have something to do. Rich households are kind of boring.

But Orlando and Charles had fun working on it together.

The next day Orlando came home with a promotion! One more and he goes platinum!

I gave Chance a makeover. I let him keep his glasses.

"Well it is nice to be a able to see"

Hush you.

Chance is kind of a little prick.

Constance does not care for the constant noogies.

Clara snooped on the Apple household I guess. Come on Alice, Clara isn't the type to pry into private business.

Chance doesn't have a lot of friends. So I made him interact with Ava who is an absolute sweetheart.

Don't noogie her Chance!

Luckily she left on good terms. There Chance! See what happens when you're nice?

Oh dear.

I think ACR had Clara and that guy behind her do something romantic. Poor Orlando.

Orlando gave that guy a good what-for.

I hope he and Clara get along again soon. It seems really unfair that my non-romance sims are the ones getting caught.

Dahlia came home with someone, but she really was not into Constance's casual friendliness.

Orlando spends a lot more time with the kids since he's still angry with Clara.

He finished up Charlotte's skills just in time.

Ta-Da! Congrats Charlotte!

Here she is after a little makeover.

Orlando finished up the car!

I sold it. Can't hurt to have extra cash right?

It's finally the weekend! Charlotte surprises me by maxing the logic skill. She must've been glued to the peg box as a toddler.

You can see Orlando skilling away in the background. He's so close to topping his career!

And he did it!

It was at this time I realized that Adventure wasn't unlocked until somebody tops it...whoops (there are several sims in that career track). 

Oh well. It's unlocked now.

While Chance doesn't really get along with his siblings, he does love the cats. Hershey and him are at 100/100.

Charlotte had a want for a friend locked in so I had her greet the first child to walk by. Luckily her and Gretchen Garner got along swimmingly.

I really love it when all the kids get to know each other. My hope is that they'll marry each other eventually, but I won't force the issue.

Yep! Another round of birthdays!

Clara goes first.

She aged well :)

Orlando goes next.

I guess Clara and Chance decided to sit during this one.

Orlando! Your hair!

Well I'll fix that in a minute. Both Clara and Orlando grew up platinum, so they'll have plenty of time to kiss and make-up.

Orlando got his purple hair back. All is right in the world.

Constance was right on the edge of growing up, so I went ahead and sent her to college. I'll play her again at the beginning of next week.

Chance might be the one crying in this picture, but he brought it on himself. He doesn't know when to stop picking at his siblings!

We end this chapter with Charlotte doing the smustle. You get it girl!
